An incentive trip is a company's way of saying thank you to its people. Participants should feel throughout the trip that their company values them. That is why we build the route, hotel and programme around the group and do not sell ready-made packages.
A dinner cruise on the Bosphorus in Istanbul, a balloon morning in Cappadocia, a few days at a beach resort in Antalya, a weekend in the Black Sea highlands or a city break abroad. We prepare options to fit your budget and calendar, and we stay with the group on the ground for the whole trip.

Frequently asked
It depends on the size of the group and the purpose of the trip. Istanbul suits groups who want a city programme, with two international airports, boat trips on the Bosphorus and the historic peninsula. Antalya has large beach resorts with conference halls, and ancient cities such as Aspendos and Perge are close by. Cappadocia, with its cave hotels and sunrise balloon flights when the weather allows, works best for smaller groups and executive programmes. You can also combine two, for example a two-day meeting in Istanbul followed by a reward extension in Cappadocia.
We decide together. In the first meeting we talk about the group's age range, interests and the purpose of the trip, then suggest two or three different routes.
Yes. Seda Turizm's visa team prepares the document list and follows the appointment and application. The visa decision always rests with the consulate.
We change the name or cancel according to the airline and hotel rules. These conditions are set out clearly in the proposal, so there are no last-minute surprises.
