If you wish, we manage delegate registration and lists. If you have your own registration system, we work alongside it and take care of accommodation and transport.
Yes. We plan their flights, hotels, airport pick-ups and transport during the congress. Each speaker receives their schedule in writing.
We handle congress registration, flights, hotels and visas on one timeline. To leave enough time for the visa, we recommend starting at least two months before the congress.
