Seda Mice takes care of all of this, so you can focus on what the meeting is about.

Because we work with Seda Turizm's travel team, you do not need separate suppliers for flights, hotels and transfers. One contact person, one plan and one invoice at the end.

Frequently asked

There is no minimum. A ten-person board meeting and a dealer meeting for several hundred people get the same attention. Hotel and venue options change with group size, and we agree on these in the first conversation.

For meetings of up to a hundred people, four to six weeks is usually enough. For large groups, the busy season and meetings abroad, starting two to three months ahead gives you more hotel and flight options.

Yes. Visas, flights and hotels are handled with the Seda Turizm team. For venues and technical crews in the destination city we work with local partners.
